The hotel is conveniently located, close to restaurants, shops, the beach and promenade. Some rooms have amazing views of the ocean and stadium. Breakfast is good, and staff are generally pleasant and polite.
The hotel is outdated and needs renovations. the rooms and bathrooms are tired and left a lot to be desired.

The location is good and easy access to teh beach front. It is convenient to super markets and it is at reasonable rates.
The hotel can easily be upgraded at very little cost and give a better appearance. Service can easily be improved.

Loved the view but water pressure on the 20th floor was very weak and the temperature either very hot or very cold. Not pleasant showers! Also requested a hairdryer and an iron twice but it was never delivered, despite being told yes.
Enjoyed the breakfast very much and swimming pool. Great location. Booked early so paid a good price on Booked.net.

The staff did attempt to make our stay more comfortable and the drunken disorderly behaviour of the other guests was really out of their control. In saying this it may be advisable to advise your guests when booking for conferences to remember that they are in a public place and a hotel at that. Other guests find drunken disorderly behaviour very offensive. I hope you see this as valued critisim.
The Hotel was in a bit of disrepair, old and dank. Our room 1302 did not have a nice clean odour and the windows did not open.

The breakfast was included with the room rate. It was a buffett breakfast with more selections than I expected. It was pretty good.
I could hear street noises pretty clearly even being on the 10th floor.

The revolving restaurant is very similar to the Empire Landmark Hotel in Vancouver Canada. Both offer an opportunity to view the Cities from all angles. Our meal in the restaurant was excellent and gave us a chance to sample some of the local game.
No problems noted.

Amazing views, lovely pool area and great breakfast selection with fresh juice and pastries. Convenient location close to a lively promenade and plenty of restaurant options nearby.
Our romantic escape was far from perfect. the room was dusty and outdated with a broken air conditioning system that made it difficult to sleep at night.
